GoXRX.com does not currently collect, store, sell, or maintain personal intake information through this website. We do not directly collect your full name, phone number, medical history, payment information, prescription information, or state of residence through a GoXRX-owned intake form.
If you voluntarily contact us by email or submit an unsubscribe request, we may receive the email address and message information needed to respond to that request. That information is used only for the purpose of handling the request.
How Information Is Used
Because GoXRX.com does not currently operate a direct intake form, we do not use submitted personal intake data to match you with providers.
If you click a provider link, contact a provider, or complete a form on a third-party provider website, any information you provide is submitted directly to that provider and is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
